CI Medini Sdn Bhd is an affiliated company within the Creed Group, a real estate firm from Japan founded in 1996, specializing in principal investment and property management across Iskandar Malaysia Property developments and beyond.
Sunsuria Medini Sdn Bhd started property management operations in Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor, under Sunsuria Group in 2013 — focusing on rent to own opportunities and premium Iskandar Puteri Property projects. In November 2014, Creed Group joined Sunsuria Medini Sdn Bhd as a joint venture partner, further expanding its expertise in Property Management Iskandar. Subsequently, the company name was changed to CI Medini Sdn Bhd in November 2015 when Creed Group became a 100% owner of the company, strengthening its commitment to Iskandar Malaysia Property growth and sustainable real estate development.

Toshihiko Muneyoshi
Director (Group Chairman & Founder of Creed Group)
Mr. Toshihiko Muneyoshi established Creed Corporation (Creed) in 1996, with the aim of achieving sustained business expansion by creating new value at the intersection of finance and real estate. When bulk sales of non-performing loans took off in Japan, Creed launched a due diligence business and acquired a strong reputation as a company offering quality due diligence services to global investment funds and investment banks. Creed also began making principal investments in income properties.
In 1999, Creed launched a real estate solution business and fund business. In 2009, with the commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings for Creed, Mr. Muneyoshi was appointed by the Court as Trustee, a first for an incumbent CEO. Mr. Muneyoshi successfully completed the proceedings in 2011. Prior to founding Creed, Mr. Muneyoshi was engaged in Itochu Corporation’s construction and real estate business, where he worked as a project manager, overseeing projects including condominium developments, the construction of resort facilities and golf course development.
In 1999, Creed launched a real estate solution business and fund business. In 2009, with the commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings for Creed, Mr. Muneyoshi was appointed by the Court as Trustee, a first for an incumbent CEO. Masanobu Kamiyama
Managing Director
Mr. Kamiyama （神山昌信）is responsible for business development and investment management.
Prior to joining Creed in 2007, Mr. Kamiyama had ten years experience in private equity investment at STB Investment Corporation and Nippon Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
He started his carrier at Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in corporate finance, structured finance and project finance at the Tokyo headquarters and New York branch.
Mr. Kamiyama earned his B.A. in Sociology from Hitotsubashi University (Japan) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA).

Takashi Eguchi
Director
Mr. Eguchi （江口崇）is responsible for whole business activities in Cambodia, business development, deal execution and investment management in regions where no representative offices or subsidiaries are located.
Prior to joining Creed in 2004, Mr. Eguchi served as General Manager at Japan Finance Corporation, a governmental financial institution, where he was responsible for lending to SMEs, and, as a research specialist at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry where he was responsible for policy making for SMEs.
Mr. Eguchi earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo (Japan)
